MY STORY
Once upon a time, a 9-ish-year-old girl snuck the telephone and a phonebook into her room and called Scholastic (yes, the publishing company). She asked about the process for getting a book published and if she could send them one. The lady on the phone was quite polite and offered words of encouragement to the aspring writer, the adult version of whom is now very grateful for that kindness.
Many notebooks later, her mother and a college professor told her she would make an excellent editor. A couple of years post-college, she landed several dream jobs where she taught, traveled, and led teams in the health and wellness industry.
Because all good stories have a plot twist, hers did too. She was given the opportunity to write an exercise program for an online platform, and it changed everything.
As it turns out, that was just the beginning of my story. I now get to spend each day encouraging people to connect to their bodies and the world around them through the lens of wellness. I collaborate with health, wellness, and lifestyle brands worldwide to educate, inspire, and convert.

My writing is all about you and your customers. Every piece I create does three things: inspires, educates, and converts. It's not just a tagline or a nice sentiment. It's my process and your outcome.
My process: Inspiration comes during our conversations about your brand, audience, and goals. Education happens as I research your target audience and the market gaps that aren't being filled. Big ideas are then converted into actionable reads for your audience.
Your outcome: Your customers and potential customers are inspired to take action. They learn about your brand and your solution to their problems. They become converted (and happy) customers.
